Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using ProcessWatch.app, submitting a process for review and taking part in early access or beta testing.

Last updated: 27 September 2026

1. About ProcessWatch

ProcessWatch.app is an early-stage service focused on reviewing, testing and monitoring complete user and business workflows in web applications, SaaS products and MVPs.

The service may include manual QA review, browser automation, process testing, evidence collection and practical reporting.

2. Early access and beta status

ProcessWatch is currently being developed and may be offered as an early access, beta or experimental service.

Features, workflows, reports, availability and service structure may change as the product evolves.

Early access does not guarantee permanent access to any specific feature, price, functionality or service level.

3. Submitting a process

When you submit a website, application or process for review, you confirm that you are authorised to request testing of that system or workflow.

You must not submit:

  • Systems you are not authorised to test.
  • Credentials that you are not authorised to share.
  • Illegal, malicious or abusive testing requests.
  • Sensitive information that is not necessary for the requested review.

4. Test access and credentials

If a process requires authentication, you may be asked to provide test credentials or a dedicated test account.

Where possible, you should use temporary or non-production credentials specifically created for testing.

You remain responsible for determining what access is appropriate to provide.

5. Nature of testing results

ProcessWatch aims to identify issues in the process being reviewed, but no testing method can guarantee that every defect, security issue, performance problem or usability concern will be discovered.

A successful test result means that the tested scenario behaved as expected under the conditions used during the review. It does not guarantee that the system will always operate without errors.

6. Not a security audit

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, ProcessWatch process testing is not a penetration test, formal security audit, compliance assessment or certification.

ProcessWatch should not be treated as a substitute for specialist cybersecurity, legal, regulatory or compliance services.

7. Availability and interruptions

Because ProcessWatch is an evolving service, the website or parts of the service may occasionally be unavailable, changed, suspended or discontinued.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website or early access service.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the process to be tested.
  • Ensuring you have permission to request testing.
  • Reviewing findings before making production changes.
  • Keeping your own backups, credentials and systems secure.
  • Making final business, technical and release decisions.

9. Intellectual property

The ProcessWatch name, website design, original content, reports, documentation and related materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your own product, website, application, data and materials that you provide to ProcessWatch.

Unless otherwise agreed, a ProcessWatch report may be used internally by the customer for product development, QA and operational purposes.

10. Third-party services

ProcessWatch may rely on third-party hosting, email, browser automation, infrastructure or other technology providers.

Those services may have their own terms, availability and technical limitations.

11. Fees and paid services

The current early access experience may include free, limited, trial or individually agreed testing opportunities.

If paid services are introduced or agreed, the scope, price and payment terms should be confirmed before the work begins.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ProcessWatch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

ProcessWatch does not guarantee that testing will identify every defect or prevent every loss, outage, failed transaction, release issue or business interruption.

You remain responsible for decisions made based on testing results and for verifying changes before deploying them to production.

13. Misuse of the service

We may refuse or stop a request if we reasonably believe it involves unauthorised access, abuse, illegal activity, excessive risk or use that could harm another person, system or organisation.

14. Privacy

Information submitted through ProcessWatch is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as ProcessWatch develops, introduces new functionality or changes how services are provided.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
